• Kick-off (45 min - 1 hour presentation)
  • The 5 Simple Steps to Living a Healthier Lifestyle
  • Motivational speech to get the teams excited
• Challengers to be weighed in and measured
  • Competition will be based on weight, body fat percentage, and measurements.
  • 50% based on body composition analysis (overall weight loss, decrease body fat percentage, and increase in lean body mass)
  • 50% based on overall inches lost (participants will be measured on waist, hips, and thighs)
• Results will be emailed to the person in charge of the competition in formatted documents in 2-3 business days. Each individual or team will have their own document.
• Mid-challenge Q&A followed by weigh-in/measurements
  • Members of Venice Nutrition executive staff will return to company location.
  • 1 Hour Q&A with Venice Nutrition Certified Coach
  • Weigh-in and measure all challengers
  • VN will email results within 2-3 business days (changes in weight, body fat, and measurements).
• End of challenge weigh-in/measurements and results
